Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign an Agreement between the City of Rapid City and Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Design and Bidding Professional Services for Saint Andrew Street and Saint Charles Street Sanitary Sewer and Water Extension & Reconstruction, Project No. 14-2168 / CIP No. 50959, in the amount of $154,535.00.

Summary:

This project is for the construction and reconstruction of water and sanitary sewer main and appurtenance in portions of Saint Andrew Street and Saint Charles Street, between Mount Rushmore Road and 5th Street, and in 6th Street and 7th Street, between Saint Andrew Street and Franklin Street. Sanitary sewer will also be constructed in Franklin Street between Mount Rushmore Road and 7th Street. An inlay, mill & overlay and patching are anticipated for the streets disturbed by utility work.
